Substrate for flexible display device, methode for manufacturing the same, and method for manufacturing organic light emitting device

Abstract

PURPOSE: A substrate for a flexible display device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device are provided to prevent the peel-off phenomenon between a substrate and an inorganic barrier layer by preventing the lowering of adhesion between the barrier layer and a reinforce layer. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(101) at least one plane one side. A second substrate is arranged on the first substrate. A reinforcing layer(103) improves the adhesion between a second substrate and a first substrate. A barrier layer is contacted to the reinforcing layer while covering the second substrate. A second barrier layer(105) is arranged on the first barrier layer. The density of the first barrier layer is lower than that of the second barrier layer.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 베리어층과 보강층 사이의 접착력 저하를 감소시켜서 무기 베리어층과 기판 사이의 필오프(peel-off) 현상을 방지할 수 있는 플렉서블 디스플레이용 기판, 이를 제조하는 방법, 및 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
